Moving & Handling of People
Time: 0930-1230
This course covers theory and practical of safe moving and handling practices including relevant health and safety legislation, ergonomics and biomechanics, completing risk assessment prior to any manoeuvre, safe and unsafe moving and handling techniques. Our trainer will complete a competency assessment of each attendee using moving and handling equipment such as hoist, slide sheets.

Basic Life Support
Time: 13:00-15:00
This course covers theory including UK Resucitation guidelines, the recovery position, how to assess an unconscious patient, use of defibrillator, correct CPR technique. The practical demonstration and assessment of each attendee demonstration CPR technique, and what to do when someone chokes.

Alongside our mandatory training modules to be completed, we have over 100 optional modules available you can benefit from to enhance your skills and knowledge
