Having previously worked in a care home, the initial thought of doing agency work was frightening.
However working for Lucas Love is the complete opposite. There is such a community and team environment along with an amazing 24 hour support team. Not only that, the flexibility to work around your schedule and having higher rates of pay are other advantages.
From making that decision to join Lucas Love I haven’t looked back and I’d recommend anyone to do the same.
