The process of booking shifts has suited me so well – an app that shows all available shifts and emails sent through when a current shift becomes available means there’s no numerous phone calls throughout an off-shift day.
The selection of available shifts is amazing. I’ve loved working at each location and there’s always many shifts available in many locations. They reply to each message and phone call concisely and with kindness.
I have many other commitments and each week my availability varies and this has never been an issue, some weeks working no shifts and other weeks picking shifts up every day. Being able to take on shifts whenever it suits me has given me freedom along with financial security.
