I originally joined Lucas Love for the opportunity to work in various different sectors within the healthcare industry to gain a vast knowledge of different settings whether it be nursing care, mental health, learning disabilities, palliative care etc.
Through my time with Lucas Love, not only have I been able to succeed in this but also thrive and push myself further than I thought and even trained to become a senior member of the team.
Since recently becoming a mother for the first time, working with the agency has also given me flexibility to still work the hours I can helping and supporting others. Yet still have quality time seeing my son grow and thrive.
