Lucas Love is a great company to work for. I’ve been with them for almost 3 years. There are always lots of shifts all over the north, not just in the greater Belfast area.
I have never felt pressured into taking shifts that don’t suit and the team in the office are lovely. There’s always someone on-call if there’s a problem so you’re never alone if there’s a query or problem.
I started off just working the odd shift once/twice a month and then it progressed into weekends that suited and now I’m working almost full time hours. The best part of Lucas Love is getting a weekly wage.
