We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Recruitment Co-ordinator to join our team at Lucas Love Healthcare.

The successful applicant will be expected to:

• Thrive in an energetic, professional, fun and supportive team
• Provide excellent customer care to our clients and members
• Process the required checks for staff to achieve and maintain compliance to work.

Main Duties: 

• Provide a friendly and efficient customer service as a face and voice of Lucas Love.
• Contact potential applicants and arrange interviews
• Conduct interviews
• Accurately process applications and documentation as efficiently and effectively as possible
• Process reference requests for candidates
• Process relevant professional body checks for new starts and current staff on an ongoing basis
• Update and maintain staff records including training records
• Processing incoming and outgoing mail
• To complete various administrative tasks
• Complete audits on members files.
• Assist with scheduling marketing posts in relation to recruitment

Essential Criteria:

• At least 6 months experience working within recruitment / administration / compliance / similar role.
• High level of computer literacy and use of Microsoft Office packages
• Have the right to work within the UK.

Desirable Criteria:

• Knowledge of the healthcare industry
• Knowledge of the healthcare recruitment industry
