The communication from the team is excellent right from recruitment, training, shifts available and payroll. I enjoy the flexibility of being able to see in advance when and where shifts are and if I'm available to cover them.
I also know if I have any issues there is always someone on the end of the phone line and email.
Anyone I have spoken to in Lucas Love has been so pleasant and helpful.
The shift app and the payroll apps are also very good and easy to use.
