Since Joining Lucas Love in January 2020 as a Care/Support Worker I have greatly enjoyed my experience as an employee.
The options coupled with the autonomy to choose my own shifts, when and where I like, is a hugely beneficial factor to my working life.
I find that I no longer have work related stress as I have been able to try out different positions and locations until I settled into a role which has suited me perfectly over the past 18 months.
With having a young baby in the house, I cannot underestimate the value of being able to manipulate my rota on a weekly basis to suit my family's needs.
The enhanced pay rate is another hugely important bonus to working for Lucas Love which has ultimately provided me with financial freedom.
To date, this is the best job I have ever had and I could not recommend it enough to someone looking to expand their horizons within the care sector.
