I find working for Lucas Love suits my working needs in terms of flexibility. I work for Lucas Love as a Bank Support Worker; they do not pressure me to pick up shifts which I am unable to work. I work 3 days per week elsewhere as my main job role and I can contact Lucas Love if and when I am free to carry out a shift.
Katie is especially helpful and approachable, and I would contact her with any queries I have.
