|Position:||Receptionist and Compliance Administrator|

We are looking for an experienced Receptionist and Compliance Administrator to join our growing team at Lucas Love Healthcare!
The role will include welcoming visitors to Lucas Love Healthcare and processing the checks required for staff to achieve and maintain compliance to work with both public and private sector nursing and social care providers.
- At least 6 months experience working within a compliance or similar role
- Experience working within the health sector
Duties and Responsibilities:
- To provide a friendly and efficient customer service as the face and voice of Lucas Love Healthcare
- To provide refreshments to visitors and for internal meetings as requested
- To prepare interview packs ahead of scheduled interviews
- To accurately process applications and documentation as efficiently and effectively as possible
- To process reference requests for candidates
- To process relevant professional body checks for new starts and current staff on an ongoing basis
- To update and maintain training records
- To complete various administrative tasks to assist with recruitment and bookings
- Complete annual audits on members files.
